The table shows the standard rate per country and the order value from which shipping is free. The checkout always shows the exact rate for your address before you pay.

Free shipping applies to the order total. Express is only offered where a rate is listed.
Delivery time
Each product page shows whether an item is in stock or has a longer lead time. Items in stock are usually shipped on the same or the next working day.
Some products are made to order, such as custom shock absorbers or exhausts built to your specification. These are produced after you order and take longer; the product page states the expected lead time.
How long the parcel is on the road depends on the carrier and the destination. The checkout shows the expected delivery time for your address.
Carriers
We work with several carriers and choose per destination: PostNL, DHL, DPD and FedEx. Depending on the carrier you can have the parcel delivered at home or at a pick-up point.
Track & trace
When your order has shipped, you receive an email with a track & trace link. Nothing received? Check your spam folder first, then mail us your order number and we will send it again.
Marked as delivered, but no parcel
Sometimes a driver marks a parcel as delivered right after a failed attempt. Check with your neighbours and the nearest pick-up point first, and look at the track & trace page for an option to arrange a new delivery. If the parcel still does not turn up, mail us and we will sort it out with the carrier.
If a parcel comes back to us because of an address problem, we contact you to agree on how to proceed.
Damaged or missing items
Report this to us as soon as possible. Take photos of the box on the outside and the inside, and one photo of everything you received laid out on a table. Mail the photos with your order number to info@motorcyclesunited.eu and we will come back to you with a solution.
Orders outside the European Union
Parcels sent outside the EU go through customs. Customs or the carrier may charge import duties, local VAT and a handling fee on arrival. These costs are paid by the recipient and are not refunded if you return the order. This also applies to the United Kingdom: we do not charge UK VAT at checkout, so UK VAT and any duties are paid on delivery.
If customs asks for payment, please pay it, otherwise the parcel is sent back to us.
