30-day return period
You have 30 days to return a product, counted from the day you receive your order. This is longer than the 14-day withdrawal period the law requires.
How to return
- Register your return. Mail returns@motorcyclesunited.eu with your order number and the items you want to send back.
- Get your instructions. We reply with the return address and, for the countries in the table below, a return label you can buy from us.
- Pack and send. Pack the items well, in the original packaging, and hand the parcel in within 14 days after we approve the return.
- Refund or exchange. We check the items when they arrive and process the return, normally within 3 working days.
Condition of returned items
Returned products must be unused, complete, undamaged and in the original packaging. You may open the packaging to inspect the product. Scratches, mounting marks or other signs that a part has been fitted or test-fitted mean we cannot accept the return.
Return costs
The cost of sending a return is paid by you. A return label from us costs: Netherlands €6.95; Belgium, France and Germany €9.95; Luxembourg €11.95; Austria and Denmark €13.95; Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia €14.95; Finland, Italy, Lithuania, Portugal, Spain and Sweden €15.95; Poland €18.95; United Kingdom €20.95. From other countries we send you instructions. Import duties and taxes paid outside the EU are not refunded. If an item arrived damaged, is faulty, or we sent the wrong item, you do not pay for the return. In that case mail us first with photos, see Shipping & delivery.
Refund, exchange or store credit
- Refund. We refund on the day we process your return, using the payment method you paid with. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the money is in your account after 1 to 2 working days, sometimes longer.
- Exchange. Want a different size or another product? Tell us the product code you want instead. We exchange items of the same value; if the value differs, we refund the return and you place a new order.
- Store credit. A discount code for your next order, if you prefer that to a refund.
Exceptions
We cannot take back:
- products made or adjusted to your specification, such as custom shock absorbers or exhausts built to order;
- products we ordered in specially at your request.
